How to Apply - Interested Chinese Partners
Chinese institutions, or Chinese Implementing Partners (ChIPs), that have a clear mandate to develop and influence policies can submit proposals to POP:
a) Proposals can be submitted at any time. However, MOFCOM and CIDA will analyze and approve projects on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, depending on the number of new proposals submitted to the project.
b) Proposals must be typewritten and submitted to MOFCOM in English and Chinese. A Submission Form must be submitted with each proposals.
c) Three (3) copies of the proposal in English and three (3) copies of the proposal in Chinese must be submitted. Do not bind the proposal or use any cover other than the Submission Form. An electronic copy of both versions must also be submitted.
d) In preparing your submission, please follow the guidelines identified in the section entitled Information Required in Your Submission. Proposals that do not follow this format may be rejected.
e) Proposals should be submitted to the following:
